B6 Audi A4 1.8T Performance Chip

Performance Chip for B6 Audi A4 1.8L Turbo - For 150BHP, 163BHP, 180BHP and 190BHP engines.

What is ECU Remapping?

ECU remapping is basically fine tuning the  software program that controls your engine management system (ECU).  Today's modern engines rely heavily on computer controlled engine management systems. Basically, each engine has an array of sensors which monitor many paramters such as throttle position, crank  position, airflow etc... These signals are sent to the Engine Control Unit (ECU), which processes the information received to give the best engine performance for any given driving condition. Tools used in the creation of these performance chips include: Byteshooter, CMD Flash/BDM, Kess, Innovate LM-2 and many others.
Turbo pressure has been raised to 0.9 Bar with 1.2 overboost. This will boost the power to 195bhp for the 150bhp engine and 220hp (1bar and 1.3 overboost) for the 180bhp with the stock K03s turbo. We have improved the fuel and ignition maps to give you more power and torque at wide open throttle. Under normal driving conditions, the fuel consumption remains the same as before.  Power gains are +40bhp and 27ft/lbs of torque.
*please send us the ecu number - It is required to send you the correct chip for your car*

There are two ways to get the ecu number. Either with a diagnostic program like VAG-COM (VCDS) or by removing the ECU and getting the number off of the label.
The chip you will receive:

Our work is done on a rolling road, spending  endless hours to fine tune the maps. The information is then stored  inside the chip you will receive. Installation varies from car to  car. Some require soldering but the biggest majority has a socket  already in place so you can install the chip yourself.
